EXCLUSIVE: Chris Bosh Baby Mama Bankruptcy in Danger – She’s Not Making Any Payments, According to Trustee

theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, the trustee presiding over Allison Mathis’ bankruptcy filed documents demanding the case be dismissed and leave Mathis to deal with her creditors without the protection of the court. Mathis shares a child with NBA free agent Christopher Bosh, who most recently played for the Miami Heat.

The trustee explains Mathis has failed to make her monthly repayment payments. The amount she is in arrears comes to $7,462. She is also accused of failing to provide the trustee with docs pertaining to her future income. The trustee wants bankruptcy dismissed due to her failure to make the payments.

Here’s the backstory: Chris Bosh’s baby mama – Allison Mathison – is struggling financially. She is close to having her Chapter 13 case thrown out of court, leaving her on the hook for her massive debt all by herself. Allison, who is mother of Bosh’s daughter Trinity, filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy last year in Florida court, claiming to have assets in the 100-500k and liabilities in the same range.

Mathis listed her real property in the 300k range and 20k in personal property. She owes close to 284k on her Windermere, FL home. She was facing foreclosure on the home and a pending lawsuit was filed against her in Orange County, FL.

Her monthly income was stated as $3,985 but her expenses were $1,615. She lists her profession as part time research assistant. She makes $800 a month from income and $2,685 from child support from Bosh and her family throws her $500 a month to help her out.

She only had $1,250 in her checking account and $18 in her savings and $2k in furniture. Further, she claimed to only have made $30k during 2011 and 2012 in income and $30k in child support from Bosh in 2013.

Mathis & Bosh have been battling in court for years both throwing nasty allegations back and forth. Recently, they settled their custody & child support battle. She is currently still suing him for allegedly ruining her chance to have a sport on the show “Basketball Wives.”

Bosh’s baby mama signed a repayment plan as part of her bankruptcy that stated she was to pay $2,969 a month to her creditors for the first nine months and then a total of $3,815.39 a month for the next 50 months.
