Chris Brown has released a statement, addressing a photo of him that went viral. The photo shows the singer with his hands around a woman’s neck.

The pic was taken while he was partying in Miami at Ultra Fest. The singer’s camp says that the woman in the photo is one of his friends and there was nothing aggressive about their interaction, just horseplay. Apparently, the image received backlash over his past domestic violence incident with ex girlfriend, Rihanna.  Chris wrote on social media,

Y’all know damn well I ain’t going down that road. There is no need to even defend myself on the matter. Everyone that’s around (girl/guy) are my HOMIES. NO FOUL PLAY… NO IGNORANT S**T. END of discussion. LOVE
