Bow Wow Has Alleged Melt Down While Filming Growing Up Hip Hop, Damages Thousands of Dollars In Equipment
Shad ‘Bow Wow’ Moss has friends and family worried after news has surfaced that he had a meltdown on the set of WeTV’s Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta.
The alleged incident occurred during a party being held for DaBrat at the Westside Arts Center in Atlanta. DaBrat held a prison-themed party celebrating the end of her 7-year probation period. Attendees included Bow Wow, Jermaine Dupri, Deb Antney, LisaRaye McCoy and more. WeTV cameras were also on-hand filming for Growing Up Hip Hop, in which Bow Wow is a star.
According to reports, the 31-year-old former child star flipped out for an unknown reason and began damaging thousands of dollars worth of production equipment, including three cameras. He also allegedly went after individuals who attempted to restrain him during his blow up. Police were eventually called to the scene. The following morning, Bow Wow posted a cryptic message on Instagram.
Stop fuckking over reacting and stop with the sympathy text to my phone. yall are not therapist so stop acting like one. I got this. Thanks.
Bow Wow’s mental health has been in question ever since he revealed last year that he wanted to name his next album Edicius (suicide spelled backwards).
