Pooch Hall Ordered To Stay In Treatment Program, Attend Alcoholics Anonymous + Install Device In Car To Check If He’s Drunk
Reports confirmed on Thursday Pooch Hall would be facing up to six years in prison for child endangerment and driving under the influence (DUI), stemming from his October 3rd car crash, involving him and his 2-year-old son.
During his arraignment on Thursday, Hall pleaded not guilty to the damaging charges of one felony count of child abuse, one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, and driving with a .08 percent blood alcohol content.
During his time at the LA Superior Court in Burbank, California – where he crashed his Chrysler 300 – he was ordered to stay in a treatment program over the next two months, be entered into an outpatient program following his treatment program, and attend at least two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings a week.
He will also be required to install a ignition interlocking device that will test if he is under the influence of alcohol before he drives.
He is expected to be back in court in December. He is currently on a $100,000 bond.
