Conor McGregor Arrested, Accused of Smashing Fans Phone Who Tried To Take A Picture Of Him
Star fighter and mix martial arts, Conor McGregor was arrested Monday evening after McGregor allegedly smashed a fan’s phone outside of a Miami hotel. When police arrived on the scene, McGregor, 30, was charged under felony strong-armed robbery and criminal mischief.

At 5am on Monday morning, McGregor and the fan walked out of a hotel in Miami at the same time. The fan, attempted to snag a photo with the UFC fighter, Conor slapped the victim’s phone out of his hand, according to reports.
“Conor slapped the victim’s phone out of his hand, causing it to fall to the ground. McGregor then allegedly stomped on the phone several times, damaging it.”
Reportedly, the incident was captured on surveillance video.

McGregor was not arrested on the scene but police found him at a Miami Beach home. He’s been booked for robbery, strong-arm and criminal mischief for over $1,000. Currently, the fighter is being held on $12,500 bail.
Conor’s attorney released a statement on his arrest,
“Last evening Conor McGregor was involved a minor altercation over a cell phone that resulted in a call to enforcement. Mr. McGregor appreciates the response of law enforcement and pledges his full cooperation.”
