House from ‘Entourage’ sold for $4.2 Million

HBO’s hit series Entourage premiered it’s 8th and final season last week. In my mind, the show is almost a male version of the hit series, Sex and the City. The show chronicles the acting career of Vincent Chase, played by Adrian Grenier, a young A-listmovie star, and his childhood friends from Queens, New York City, as they navigate the unfamiliar terrain of Los Angeles, California. The show has gained popularity over the years for it’s incorporation of drugs, sex, women and a seemingly endless cash flow.

Those who are in disbelief that this season is the last season can swallow the pill of reality. The house, owned by Grenier’s character has sold for $4.2 Million. The gated Tuscan villa located in Encino, California is 9,010-square-feet, has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and seven fireplaces. Rumor has it that the buyer is an executive producer of the “CSI” series. Check some of the photos.
