H.E.R. Chooses Between Love & Music In “Hard Part” Video
The new face of soul and R&B, Grammy award winning singer, H.E.R (acronym for Having Everything Revealed) drops a new visual for ‘Hard Part.’ The 21-year-old’s (real name Gabriella Wilson) soulful track is the lead single off the California native’s latest project, 2018’s I Used To Know Her: Part 2.

In the video, H.E.R. navigates the journey to finding her way in the music industry with a lover, who goes by the name Leo. The two aspiring artists are seen going through the emotions after H.E.R gets recruited by a music promoter without her partner.

The singers faces the dilemma of having to make a decision between a satisfying career of her dreams or the love of her life.

While her music career begins to grow, her lover, Leo starts to feel forgotten constantly tugging away at her.
The singer, in her signature shades and guitar, took her latest single to the 2019 Grammy Awards, while taking home two awards during the night. The singer won for Best R&B performance and Best R&B album. The I Used To Know Her: Part 2 single, “Hard Place” peaked at No. 15 on the Billboard Hot 100.
