It’s Official :: T.I’s Fancy Bus Gets Him An Extra Month In Prison

In September 2010 T.I, was sent to prison after ecstasy was found in his possession during his probation term. (He was on probation for weapon possession in 2008.) He was sentenced to 11 months in Forrest City, Arkansas Prison for the probation violation. This past Wednesday (August 31st) he was finally released. He boarded a luxury motor coach with some members of his team and drove away, to a halfway house, in style. But apparently his judge thinks his ride was just too stylish.

He was supposed to remain in the halfway house for only a short while longer but when the judge found out about his luxury coach she ordered him to report back to prison. Now the 30-year-old rap superstar has to serve time in the Atlanta Prison until September 29th. What is still confusing is exactly why the luxury coach was such a big problem. T.I’s attorney, Steve Sadow said that the authorities have still not sent a formal notice explaining how T.I’s mode of transportation violated any rule. Do you think extra prison time for a luxury motor coach is ridiculous or fair given the circumstances?
