Kehlani Releases New Song On Soundcloud, Eludes To Valentine’s Day Break-Up With YG
Is the relationship between YG and Kehlani over? Just a matter of days ago, the California it-couple released a collaboration called “Konclusions,” in which the song boasts about their sex life.
At the end of last year, YG and Kehlani briefly called it quits after a cheating scandal evaded social media. The “Bompton” star immediately denied the allegations.

However, it seems the pair may be done for good. In the wee hours of this morning, (2/17/20) Kehlani dropped a song on Soundcloud called, “Valentine’s Day (Shameful),” produced by The Rascals. She announced the song with this tweet:
“a lot to say a lot to feel valentine’s day (shameful) on my soundcloud now.”

The lyrics are shockingly revealing. Though it hasn’t been confirmed that she’s singing specifically about YG, the lyrics refer to a painful break-up on Valentine’s Day with a musician. Kehlani sings:
“I took a risk loving loudly / defended you proudly…the immature me wishes that I could make it known that you should be left alone / don’t deserve words or thoughts from me / I can go heal on my own…Used me for status and the fame and recognition…Wish I didn’t check your text when you was drunk sleep / I’ve seen everything I didn’t want to see / That I needed to see…Hope you live happily ever after with the b*tch…Out on the table your friends and your family, even your label / Everyone love me, d*mn its so shameful / I kept you stable, you should be grateful”
And in a bombshell, Kehlani vaguely refers to the subject’s alleged substance abuse:
“I got to give myself credit for loving as hard as I did / I helped you fight your addiction and change your whole life / Just to find myself played in the end”
One of The Rascals’ producers, eluded to the song stemming directly to Kehlani’s personal experience. An Instagram Story, the message read:
“shoutout to my sis @kehlani I know you’re surrounded in love currently.”

YG’s only current social media activity consists of days-old “Konclusion” promotion.

In konclusion, Kehlani is taking her healing process one step at a time.
