French Montana Sued For Allegedly Drugging & Sexually Assaulting Woman
French Montana has some legal troubles on his hands.
A woman is accusing the rapper, one of his employees Mansour Bennouna, and his record label Coke Boy Records of sexual assault. She filed a lawsuit against the three, according to The Blast.
The woman, who remains anonymous as she filed the suit as Jane Doe, alleged that the “No Stylist” rapper invited her to his house on the night they met at a recording studio. She said French Montana
“had a longstanding practice of inviting women to their recording sessions, or choosing women at bars, and inviting them back to the Hidden Hills house.”
She alleged they drugged women
“with the purpose of engaging in sexual acts with them, without any regard to whether or not they consented, or were able to consent.”
She added,
“Defendants would sometimes without the women’s knowledge or consent provide drugs to interfere with the women’s ability to knowingly consent to sexual activity.’
She said while at his home, Bennouna allegedly told her to take a shot at roughly six in the morning. She said she became unconscious and recalled French Montana and “several men coming in and out of the bedroom,” she alleges.
She said she woke up around 1:30 that afternoon to Bennouna allegedly
“spooning her.”
She alleged she felt “a pain in her pelvis, lower back, and vagina.”
She said she started
“crying hysterically because she felt that she had been drugged and raped”
She told police about the alleged incident and was treated for a rape kit at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, which allegedly determined semen was present. She’s suing for damages concerning
“extreme emotional distress, anxiety, flashbacks, and depression.”
She’s accusing both French Montana and Bennouna of sexual assault and sexual harassment.
French Montana hasn’t released a statement yet.
