The sudden death of Bobby Brown, Jr., 28, is leaving many people heartbroken, including his family and friends. On Instagram, a man who appeared to be close friends with the Bobby Brown, Jr. shared an alleged text message conversation they’d had just days before his death.
It appeared that the man, @whoiskingleaf was working on a music project that he wanted his friend and fellow musician, Bobby Brown, Jr. to hop on. However, the son of iconic R&B legend, Bobby Brown stated that he’s “been sick” and just trying to relax.
Bobby Brown, Jr. allegedly stated,
“Just tryna kick this cough and stuffy nose”

In the last text message shared, @whoiskingleaf wrote a telling caption, saying
I tried to get you off alcohol I tried to get you clean. I should’ve done more bro

Bobby Brown, Jr.’s girlfriend, Anna Reed took to her Twitter page to share her loss. She wrote,
The heavens gained an angel but I lost my soul mate

It’s unclear what the official cause of death was but officials don’t believe any foul play was involved.
Bobby Brown, Jr. was one of Bobby Brown’s seven children. He lost his daughter, Bobbi Kristina in 2015. Let’s continue to pray for this family.
