The dating rumors began after fans pieced together videos and photos with what appeared to be similar views.
21 Savage took to his Instagram posting a set of videos with him “Swag Surfin” in a tropical location, with his location tagged in Miami.

Shortly after, Mulatto took to her Instagram posting a set of photos celebrating her 22nd birthday in a tropical location as well, with her location tagged as Puerto Rico. She captioned her photo,
“BIG CAKE LIKE ITS MY BDAY AYE”
Fans later speculated that 21 Savage used Miami as his location to throw everyone off, if he was in fact vacationing with Mulatto.
