Plies Tells ‘White America’: When You See Black Women At A Place Of Value, Stop Asking ‘What’s The Occasion?’ Balling Is The Occasion!
Plies is calling out White America.
Algernod Lanier Washington, professionally known as Plies, 45, has a message for White America concerning Black women. In a new video posted on his Instagram, the rapper is calling out White America for disrespecting Black women while they are out.
He said,
“Dear White M********** America, let me bring you up to speed on something ’cause maybe not all but I don’t think some of y’all really understand how rude and disrespectful what I’m ’bout to say really comes f***** across. And on behalf of the sistas around the m********** world, let me just say this for yall.”

He continued,
“Dear White America, stop when you see two or three f***** sistas in a four, five-star m********** restaurant, something of value, stop walkin’ yo a** up to them asking them, ‘so what’s the occasion?’ Ballin is the m********* occasion, how bout that. Stop thinking yall the only m*********** with some money man. Ballin is the occasion.”
The rapper went on to say no one asks ‘What’s the occasion?’ when men or “Karens” are out together.

He also added that Black men aren’t asked the question either.
“You dont ask no m********** two men that. When I sit down, me and my m********** homeboy, you don’t come ask us ‘whats the m********* occasion?’. I wish you would ask me what’s the m********** occasion. I’m buying this m********** that’s what I’ll tell you the occasion is. The s*** is disrespectful man.”Â
Before ending he said,
“Stop walking up to people with that bull****. Now have a nice m********** day.”Â
