Chris Brown Reacts To Getting Cleared Of Battery Charges: Ready To Cancel A N***a But When You Find Out It’s Cap I Don’t Hear Nothing!
Update #1 (Oct. 7): Chris Brown has responded to reports that the battery case against him was dropped – and he wants fans to help spread the word.
He posted an article to a story with the caption,
“I hope yall blow this up..s*** so stupid.. ready to cancel a n***a but when u find out it’s [cap] I don’t hear nothing being said!! Lame a***es”

Original Story: Chris Brown just scored a win in a recent legal matter against him.
Chris Brown’s battery case is now behind him. According to newly obtained court documents, the 32-year-old singer will not faces charges in his battery case due to insufficient evidence.

As previously reported, back in June of this year, law enforcement was called to Chris Brown’s home in San Fernando Valley after a woman accused him of slapping her so hard that her weave came out.
Following the allegations, Brown seemingly responded on his Instagram story saying,
“Y’all so d*** [cap].”

Although there were no arrests made, the allegations were investigated but the L.A. City’s Attorney’s Office declined moving forward due to the lack of evidence provided.
The decision on this case may be a relief for the singer but this is not where his legal issues end. Earlier this week, Brown and Canadian-born rapper Drake faced a new lawsuit for copyright infringement for their hit song, ‘No Guidance.’
The lawsuit was filed by Brandon Cooper and Timothy Valentine, who are professionally known as Mr. Cooper and Drum’n Skillz. The two claim that Chris Brown and Drake copied their song, ‘I Love Your Dress,’ which was released three years prior.
