Fashion Icon Andre Leon Talley Dead Has Died
Very sad news. Fashion icon Andre Leon Talley has sadly died at 73. The news was confirmed on his social media.
According to reports, he passed away at a hospital in White Plains, NY.
André Leon Talley was a fashion journalist, stylist and creative director and American editor-at-large of Vogue magazine. He was the magazine’s fashion news director from 1983 to 1987, and then its first African-American male creative director from 1988 to 1995. Often regarded as a fashion icon, he was known for advocating for diversity in the fashion industry.
