Megan Thee Stallion Sued For More Than $1.2 Million Over Alleged Unpaid Styling & Wardrobe Fees
Megan Thee Stallion is facing a new legal battle after celebrity stylist Eric Archibald and styling firm Six K filed a lawsuit seeking more than $1.2 million in allegedly unpaid wardrobe and styling fees. According to court documents filed in Los Angeles County, the plaintiffs claim they provided styling services for multiple events between January 2024 and August 2025 and have yet to be paid.
The lawsuit alleges that invoices were submitted to Megan and several related business entities, with supporting deal memos and email correspondence acknowledging the work. One invoice included in the complaint reportedly seeks payment for services connected to the Pete & Thomas Foundation’s inaugural gala in New York, including stylist fees, assistants and wardrobe-related expenses.
Archibald and Six K claim they have spent nearly two years attempting to resolve the matter privately but say no settlement has been reached. They further allege that the outstanding balance has negatively impacted both their business operations and professional relationships.
Megan is pushing back against the allegations. In a statement provided to People, the Grammy-winning rapper said her finance team conducted an audit that uncovered what she described as “fraudulent invoices,” unsupported charges and shipments tied to addresses that could not be verified. She said those findings raised concerns about the legitimacy of the expenses being billed.
The Houston native also said she attempted to address the issues privately before the lawsuit was filed. “The facts are on our side and I won’t be coerced into paying charges that can’t be substantiated,” she said. As of publication, the dispute remains pending in court.
