Kanye – Thousands Of Dollars From His 2020 Presidential Campaign Allegedly Stolen To Pay “Someone’s” Personal Credit Debt
Looks like Kanye West’s presidential campaign committee is in the government hot seat.
According to reports, almost $4,000 worth of campaign funds for candidate Kanye West’s 2020 presidential bid have been missing. Reportedly, the Federal Election Committee flagged the large unreported sum, subsequently prompting Kanye’s election board to launch a full investigation into the matter.
In a recent letter to the FEC detailing their findings, the rap artist’s election board claims the funds were fraudulently obtained. The letter reads:
“It has been determined that the disbursement for $1474 on 12/9/21, $1280 on 2/8/22 and $1245 on 2/22/22 was an external fraud situation,”
Then continues:
“After investigating, it was determined that an individual not connected with the campaign accessed a campaign account to pay his own credit card.”
The report also notes that the committee attempted to to retrieve the funds back from the First Bank of Wyoming where the money was held, but couldn’t secure the reversal.
“The bank was unable to reverse the transactions at issue due to the way they were presented for payment.”

In regular Kanye fashion, the entertainer took the world by storm after announcing his bid for a stint in the White House back during the 2020 election cycle. The musician, who ran as an independent candidate against his then friend Donald Trump, didn’t make the deadline to be counted on ballots in most states.
However, Kanye was able to secure 66,000 write-ins before accepting defeat. Reportedly, no arrests have been made in the ongoing fraud case.
