Tamar Braxton tweeted:
“Name a male singer that sings better than usher……”

Fans flooded Braxton’s comments with multiple options of different artists who could possibly give Usher a run for his money. Chris Brown, Tyrese, Tank and Michael Jackson were some of the male singing legends listed under Braxton’s controversial thread. Some fans thought it wasn’t fair to compare other artists to Usher, who has stayed relevant in the music industry for over two decades.

As previously reported, the 43-year-old was asked if he would consider doing a Verzuz battle against Chris Brown. Usher explained:
“There was a flyer that was put together. It’s not official, no, we’re not doing that. But I can appreciate what I see… Nah, there’s no Verzuz. I don’t think y’all ready for nothing like that. You might be ready for something like that on stage, maybe in the future. Stay tuned.”
