Queen Elizabeth’s Cause Of Death Announced As ‘Old Age’
New updates have been released surrounding the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
According to a document shared by National Records of Scotland today (Sept. 29), Queen Elizabeth II’s cause of death has been revealed as old age. Queen Elizabeth’s time of death was written as 3:10 p.m. on Thursday (Sept. 8). Princess Anne, daughter of the Queen, is listed as the informant of her death. In a statement, Princess Anne previously said:
“I was fortunate to share the last 24 hours of my dearest Mother’s life.”

The Queen’s husband of 73 years, Prince Philip, died at the age of 99 last year of old age as well, according to his death certificate. They leave behind their four children, eight grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. Her eldest son, King Charles III, mourned the loss of his mother and released a statement shortly after her passing. King Charles III, 73 said:
“The death of my beloved Mother, Her Majesty The Queen, is a moment of the greatest sadness for me and all members of my family.”
He continued:
“We mourn profoundly the passing of a cherished Sovereign and a much-loved Mother.”
He added:
“I know her loss will be deeply felt throughout the country, the Realms and the Commonwealth, and by countless people around the world.”
Prince William, 40, Charles‘ firstborn son, will be up next to take the throne, followed by his firstborn son nine-year-old Prince George.
