Michael Jordan Puts Home On Sale for A Cool $29 Million

Retired NBA basketball player, Michael Jordan, has put his Highland Park home on the market for $29 million. And if this asking price seems extremely high, it is. It’s the highest-priced home listing in the Chicago market. And what do you get for $29 million? Built in the 1990’s, but renovated in 2009, the property is 56,000 square feet, with nine bedrooms, 15 full baths, four half baths and five fireplaces. The pad also comes with a connected guesthouse, indoor-outdoor entertaining and pool area, an outdoor tennis court, a putting green, a deep water pond and three climate-controlled garages that hold 15 cars. Plus, an indoor basketball complex with cushioned hardwood floors, adjustable backboards and baskets, and a sound system tuned to provide the right acoustics in the court space. The home, was once occupied by Jordan, his then-wife, Juanita, and their three children. And now, for a measly $29 million, it is available to you. You’re welcome. [Chicago Tribune]
