Cardi B Reveals She’s Pregnant, Expecting Baby No. 3 w/ Estranged Husband Offset Amid Divorce

Congratulations are in order for Cardi B!

The rapper confirmed today on Instagram (Aug. 1) that she’s pregnant with her third child. In the heartfelt post, she wrote,

“With every ending comes a new beginning! I am so grateful to have shared this season with you, you have brought me more love, more life and most of all renewed my power! Reminded me that I can have it all! You’ve reminded me that I never have to choose between life, love, and my passion!”

The post continued,

“I love you so much and can not wait for you to witness what you helped me accomplish, what you pushed me to do! It’s so much easier taking life’s twists, turns and test laying down, but you, your brother and your sister have shown me why it’s worth it to push through!”

Confirmation of Cardi B’s pregnancy comes amid her filing for divorce from her husband, fellow rapper Offset. As reported, she’s seeking primary custody of their children. Offset and Cardi B married in 2017 and already share two kids, son Wave, 2, and daughter Kulture, 6. Offset is also a father to sons Jordan, 14, and Kody, 9, and daughter Kalea Marie, 9, from previous relationships.

Rumors that Cardi is pregnant again reached new heights following her recent appearance at the 2024 Hollywood Unlocked Impact Awards. Fans couldn’t help but notice that Cardi appeared to be more covered than how she normally dresses. For the event, she wore an FWRD oversized black blazer over what appeared to be a black dress with a fitted top and a floor-length sheer skirt. To take the look to the next level, she added sheer black gloves, black heels, and diamond accessories.
