Blueface Must Avoid Drugs, Alcohol & Las Vegas Strip After Receiving Probation… Again In Strip Club Shooting Case

Rapper Blueface has once again been granted probation in his Las Vegas shooting case, avoiding additional jail time.

Clark County District Court Judge Kathleen Delaney sentenced Blueface, whose real name is Johnathan Porter, to up to three years of probation while suspending a potential two-to-five-year prison sentence. This decision follows an earlier probation sentence.

Judge Delaney also imposed a 30-day jail sentence but credited Blueface for time already served due to his incarceration in an unrelated California case.

In February, Judge Delaney issued a bench warrant for Blueface’s arrest for violating probation terms. The violation was linked to a cell phone video that surfaced after a performance in Salt Lake City last December, in which Blueface appeared to pull a woman on stage and instructed his fiancée to confront her.

To comply with probation, Blueface, 27, must refrain from using alcohol or drugs, including marijuana; avoid the Las Vegas Strip and downtown areas unless for work or other legitimate reasons; attend impulse control counseling; have no contact with the shooting victim; maintain full-time employment; adhere to a curfew; report to parole and probation; and allow access to his communication devices and social media accounts.

The case stems from an October 2022 shooting outside Euphoria Gentlemen’s Club in Las Vegas, which resulted in one man being injured. Blueface was initially ordered to pay over $13 million in damages to the now-closed club, in addition to his original suspended sentence.

Blueface, currently in jail in Los Angeles for a separate probation violation related to an assault case, is scheduled to appear in court on July 29.
