‘That ’70s Show’ Star Danny Masterson Appeals 30-Year Sentence For R@pe Conviction
Actor Danny Masterson wants out of prison.
After being sentenced to 30 years to life in September 2023 for r*ping two women in 2003, reports state the 48-year-old has officially submitted an appeal for his conviction.
Masterson’s lawyer alleges trial errors, judicial bias, and overlooked evidence violated his client’s right to a fair trial. The retrial, which convicted the That ’70s Show star on two counts in May 2023, dismissed a third charge due to a hung jury.
