Small Plane Crash Sparks Explosion, Engulfs Northeast Philadelphia Homes In Flames
A small plane crashed near Roosevelt Boulevard and Cottman Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia, triggering an explosion and setting multiple homes ablaze, police confirmed.
