Jailed ‘RHOP’ Star Karen Huger Denied Work-Release Transfer To Rehab-Focused Facility
#KarenHuger won’t be getting a break from jail time just yet.
According to reports, the #RHOP star applied for work release after serving two months of her 12-month sentence for drunk driving. The request would have transferred her to a rehab-focused facility with looser restrictions.

While corrections officials approved the transfer, the final decision was left to the judge who sentenced her, and he denied it.
Judge Terrence McGann issued a “disapproval of transfer,” despite Huger’s clean conduct and prior treatment efforts.
Huger is now expected to complete her sentence at Montgomery County Correctional Facility, with a possible release in November, according to her attorney.
