‘RHOA’ Star Kelli Ferrell Hit w/ Lawsuit Over Unpaid Rent At New Restaurant Location
“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kelli Ferrell is facing legal trouble as her landlord sues her for unpaid rent tied to her Sandy Springs Nana’s Chicken-N-Waffles restaurant.
The landlord company, known as The Prado, claims Ferrell breached the lease by “failing to obtain required permits, failing to commence tenant improvements, failing to open the premises for business with the public, in addition to failing to pay” rent. The landlord alleges she owes $101,140.64 and an additional $13,453 in future rent.
A rep for Kelli Ferrell said, “This is in regard to her second location, which is underway,” blaming divorce-related expenses and adding, “this situation is currently being sorted out.”
Y’all think the ladies are going to drag Kelli for this?
