Shannon Sharpe Allegedly Tells R@pe Accuser ‘I Might Choke You In Public’ In Newly Released Audio
The legal firestorm surrounding Shannon Sharpe just got more intense.
Tony Buzbee, the attorney representing the woman suing Sharpe for $50 million over r@pe allegations, has released a second audio recording. This time, the sound bite allegedly captures Sharpe making disturbing comments during a private conversation.
In the clip, the 56-year-old media personality reportedly speaks with the woman, who was allegedly 19 when their relationship began, telling her,
“I might choke you in public.”
The male voice, believed to be Sharpe, continues,
“Big Black guy chokes small white woman.”

The woman responds, “It’s not a good look,” before the man appears to accuse her of something unclear. The full context of the conversation remains uncertain.
This comes just a day after Buzbee released a separate clip where a man, again believed to be Sharpe, is heard saying:
“If you say that word [manipulate] one more time I’m go f***ing choke the sh*t out of you when I see you.”
Sharpe and his legal team strongly deny the allegations, calling the lawsuit a financial shakedown. They claim the audio clips are being taken out of context from a consensual and sexually explicit relationship.
His attorneys released alleged texts from the accuser to back their POV, including one where she reportedly wrote:
“I want you to put a dog collar around my neck and choke me with it while ur f***ing me.”
Sharpe now plans to countersue both the woman and Buzbee for defamation. But Buzbee fired back, saying Sharpe’s release of the private texts was “a big, stupid mistake,” insisting the recordings reflect a more accurate picture of the relationship shortly before the alleged assault.
Does the new audio change your perspective on what’s happening with this case?
