‘Exonerated Five’ Member Raymond Santana Reacts To Judge Denying Donald Trump’s Attempt To Toss Defamation Case: ‘Justice Is Going To Be Served’
Raymond Santana is hopeful for justice after a federal judge denied Donald Trump’s attempt to toss out the defamation case filed by the #ExoneratedFive
TMZ caught up with Santana, and he didn’t hold back when asked how he felt about the judge’s decision:
“We’ve been dealing with this man since 1989. He has doubled and tripled down on our guilt. It just shows that justice is going to be served. The courts [are] not going to fall for the B.S.”

When asked if Trump’s presidency helped make their case stronger, Raymond responded,
“This isn’t the first time… when he made the statements at the presidential debate. He’s made several statements throughout the years.”
Raymond, along with Yusef Salaam, Kevin Richardson, Antron Brown and Korey Wise, filed the suit against Trump for defamation after a presidential debate last year where Trump falsely claimed the men “pled guilty” and said they had “k*lled a person” even though no one died in the Central Park @ttack.
The group was wrongfully convicted as teenagers in the Central Park case and exonerated in 2002 after another man confessed to the crime.
