Top Dawg Entertainment Accused Of $exual H@rassment & Doxxing In $48 Million Lawsuit, Calls Claims A ‘Shakedown’
Top Dawg Entertainment is one of hip-hop’s most influential labels. Its roster includes Kendrick Lamar, SZA, ScHoolboy Q, Jay Rock, and Doechii, the first female rapper signed to the label.

TDE was founded by Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith. His son, Moosa Tiffith Jr., now helps lead the company along with longtime executive Terrence “Punch” Henderson.

Two anonymous women, identified in court as Jane Doe and Jane Roe, are suing the label for $48 million. They claim TDE allowed a workplace culture where sexual harassment was routine.

The lawsuit accuses Moosa Tiffith and Chief Marketing Officer Brandon “Big B” Tiffith of harassment, assault, and retaliation. The women also say the company attempted to expose their identities online after they came forward. A judge recently allowed those doxxing claims to proceed in court.

TDE has denied the allegations. In a statement, their legal team called the lawsuit a “shakedown” and claimed the women were never official employees.
