Diddy Jury To Face Complex Verdict Sheet To Determine If The Mogul Committed Racketeering, S*x Trafficking & Witness Tampering
Jurors in Diddy’s federal s*x trafficking trial are facing a weighty verdict sheet that probes far deeper than a simple guilty-or-not-guilty ruling, according to All Hip Hop.
On Count One—racketeering conspiracy—they must determine whether Diddy led a criminal network involving “kidnapping, bribery, dr*g trafficking and prostitution” across multiple states.
If found guilty, they’ll need to specify whether the alleged crimes occurred in California or New York, and if they involved forced labor or witness tampering.
Counts Two and Three center on Cassie Ventura, with jurors deciding if Diddy trafficked her across state lines for commercial s*x between 2009 and 2018. Counts Four and Five concern “Jane,” another woman who alleges ab*se and trafficking from 2021 to 2024.
Jurors must consider testimony from Ventura, her mother, and others—including two male escorts who said they were paid to have s*x with Ventura as Diddy watched. Though the defense concedes Diddy harmed Cassie, they deny organized crime. A guilty verdict could mean life.
How do you think the jurors will do?
