Suge Knight Claims Tupac’s Family & Friends Rolled Up & Smoked His Cremated Ashes
According to Suge Knight, Tupac’s loved ones wanted to feel the ultimate closeness to him after his 1996 passing.
The jailed music exec claimed in a recent interview with PEOPLE that after Pac was fatally sh*t and cremated, his family and friends gathered together, passed around his ashes, rolled them into blunts, and smoked him.
Laughing, Suge reportedly said he was the only one out of the crew who didn’t participate. He alleged he told Tupac’s mother, Afeni Shakur, that he was on probation at the time and was afraid of getting busted, though he admitted that he would’ve loved to partake.

As you may recall, Suge was driving the vehicle that was shot up that night, injuring him and fatally striking Tupac. He said he paid $1 million to have his friend cremated without a funeral, at Afeni’s request, leading to the smoke session.
Suge made it clear, though, that the moment was done out of respect for their late friend. He stated:
“You gotta understand, that’s what made sense. It was symbolic. It’s like… you keep part of him.”
That’s certainly one way to remember your loved one.
Would you want your friends and family to smoke your cremated ashes?
