Cam Newton & Ryan Clark Trend After Heated Back & Forth Over Eagles Star Jalen Hurts

Cam Newton and Ryan Clark are trending after a back-and-forth over Eagles QB Jalen Hurts.

Newton recently sparked debate by saying he doesn’t view Hurts as an elite quarterback, calling him more of a game manager. Ryan Clark responded by placing Hurts among the NFL’s top-10 QBs but also compared Hurts’ achievements to Newton’s career.

That comparison didn’t sit well with Newton, who used the latest episode of his 4th And 1 show to fire back. He repeatedly said, “we cannot relate,” highlighting his resume as a Heisman Trophy winner, NFL MVP, and three-time Pro Bowler versus Clark’s less decorated college and NFL career as a safety.

Social media quickly joined the conversation. One fan wrote, “I put Cam in the same category as T.O., Chad Johnson, & AB. No matter how you feel about them personally you CAN NOT deny their impact on the game & their accomplishments.”
