Larsa Pippen is addressing a viral photo that’s sparked a lot of online buzz.

The image started circulating after plastic surgeon Mai Kaga shared it alongside a throwback of Larsa, claiming the Real Housewives of Miami star went from “naturally beautiful to noticeably overfilled.” Kaga speculated that the dramatic change in Larsa’s appearance was due to years of poor cosmetic enhancements.

But Larsa, 51, isn’t having it. She denied the claims and suggested the viral image was photoshopped. “[My face] doesn’t look like that,” she argued, pointing out that fans can see what she really looks like on TV. She also offered another explanation, suggesting it can be a result of her face swelling. According to Larsa, she had an allergic reaction to PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments, a cosmetic procedure that injects a patient’s own platelets to promote healing.

Despite the criticism, she’s brushing it off with a message to the haters: “Keep on hating guys.”
