Diddy is taking legal action against his accuser Courtney Burgess, Burgess’ attorney Ariel Mitchell and the News Nation television network.
He filed a $100 million lawsuit against all three alleging they created and spread “completely false stories” about him including: allegations that there is video proof he $exually a$$aulted minors and other celebrities, claims that there is a police report to back up the allegations, and claims that there were secret video recordings to extort Diddy’s partners.
Diddy alleged that Mitchell repeated her client’s allegedly false claims on News Nation and the network aired them. Diddy said News Nation knew or should have known the allegations were not true. (He says the police report that the defendants claimed backed up r@pe allegations against him were deemed unsubstantiated by police and actually involved two white men.)
Combs, who first sued Burgess for $50 million in January, is now seeking at least $100 million in damages.
