Diddy Wins Major Court Victory As Judge Dismisses 21 Of 22 Claims In Da Band Singer Sara Rivers’ A$$ault & $exual H@rassment Lawsuit
Diddy has scored another courtroom victory as a judge dismissed 21 of the 22 claims filed against him by former “Making the Band” singer Sara Rivers.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the dismissed claims, which included racketeering, a$$ault and battery, forced labor, s*xual harassment and false imprisonment, were tossed with prejudice, meaning they cannot be refiled.
The sole remaining claim, under the Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, is on hold pending a higher court ruling. Rivers had sued in February, alleging Diddy subjected her to “hostile and inhumane treatment” on the reality series, citing incidents like being forced to walk for cheesecake and sleep in an open bay with male cast members. She also accused him of s*xual harassment and career sabotage.
Her attorney, Ariel Mitchell, said, “We plan to appeal — and we look forward to more litigation specifically against Mr. Combs.”
Y’all think Diddy’s luck is turning around?
