Beyoncé & Jay-Z Spark Rumors Of A UK Move After Reportedly Buying Massive Estate
Beyoncé and Jay-Z appear ready to make the UK their second home with a grand new purchase in the English countryside.
The superstar couple are in the process of buying a 58-acre plot of farmland in the Cotswolds, just five minutes from the picturesque village of Great Tew.
“They were in negotiation on the price, and it isn’t on the market any more, which would suggest it’s a done deal,” a source told The Mirror.
Architectural plans describe the site as a “spectacular rural retreat” that blends modern luxury with sustainable living. The off-market land carried a guide price of $10.8 million and includes planning permission for a lake, woodlands, and a sprawling country mansion.
“They flew between her London gigs to view [the property],” another insider said, adding that it sits near homes owned by Ellen DeGeneres, Simon Cowell, and the Beckhams.
The move follows Beyoncé’s recent Emmy win and the UK leg of her Cowboy Carter World Tour.
