Court docs obtained by legal affairs journalist Meghann Cuniff show that Judge Subramanian has ruled Diddy is allowed to dress up for his sentencing on Friday (Oct. 3). Breaking down what the record exec can wear, the judge writes, “He is permitted to have one button down shirt, one pair of pants, one sweater, and one pair of shoes without laces to wear to court.”
As reported, Diddy was ultimately found guilty of two counts of transportation for pro$titution. His legal team is pushing for 14 months, which would almost equate to time served. Prosecutors, however, want a little over 11 years.
