D’Angelo & Angie Stone’s Son Michael Shares Heartbreaking Message After Father’s D*ath:
‘Just Sat Here Watchin My Daddy D*e’
D’Angelo’s son, Michael Archer II, has shared a heartbreaking message on Instagram about losing his father, just months after the passing of his mother, Angie Stone.
The 27-year-old reflected on his grief and the emotional bond he had been rebuilding with his dad before his d*ath
“I just sat here watchin my daddy d*e after feeling like it was the first time he and I were truly building,” Michael wrote. “He was there when I needed him most after the passing of momma. Unfortunately, time ran out. I know it wasn’t done with malicious intent, but today I’m not in any state of mind to make any statements. I wasn’t planning to.”
His message touched fans across social media, many of whom sent their condolences and prayers. D’Angelo, born Michael Eugene Archer, died Tuesday, October 14, at 51 after living with pancreatic cancer, marking another devastating loss for Michael following his mother’s fatal car accident earlier this year.
