Max B’s Wife, Whom He Met & Married While Behind Bars, Says Ex-Boyfriend Introduced Her To Rapper’s Music
Never let your boyfriend stop you from finding your husband.
Recently released #MaxB and his wife, reportedly known as Ms. Wingate, sat for an interview with Cam’ron & #Mase. In her portion of the conversation, Ms. Wingate explained how she first discovered Max B. “I had an ex-boyfriend and he would listen to his music, so shout out to him,” she said, prompting laughter from #Camron and Mase. She continued, “I didn’t know he was locked up when I was listening to his music, so that’s when I researched him and things like that, and I found out about his case.”
Ms. Wingate added that her ex is “happy” for her and was even invited by Max B to their wedding, which he declined. “He said, ‘I’ll sit that one out, but congratulations.’”
Max B was originally sentenced to 75 years before later pleading guilty to aggravated m@nslaughter, reducing his sentence to 20 years. He married Ms. Wingate in February and was released from prison earlier this month after serving over 16 years.
