Miss Jones Breaks Silence After 94.7 The Block Parts Ways With Her & Ed Lover, Teases New Music, Podcast & Farewell Show
@thejasminebrand : Miss Jones is breaking her silence following news that 94.7 The Block has parted ways with her and Ed Lover — and she’s making it clear she’s not going anywhere.
Responding to a supporter online, Jones addressed conversations about younger talent and said it all depends on the setting, explaining that she felt The Block was the right fit for her and Ed Lover given the station’s ’90s brand and what it represented. She added that the pairing made sense based on their peers and shared era.
Jones also shut down any notion that she’s slowing down, saying she’s “still cute,” can still sing, and has new music on the way, referencing her upcoming project #CuzYouLoveMe.
In addition to music, Jones revealed she has a TV show titled Clear My Name in the works, along with the PinkChamps podcast, signaling multiple new ventures following her radio exit.
She also confirmed that listeners can expect a farewell morning show on Tuesday, December 16, thanking supporters for the love as she prepares for her next chapter.
