Porsha is firing back at her ex-husband Simon amid an ongoing court battle tied to a defamation lawsuit. The RHOP star slammed Simon’s legal maneuvers as “deceptive practices” after he moved to dismiss the case he filed against her. If you recall, Simon sued Porsha in November 2024, claiming her social media posts about erectile dysfunction made it seem like he was the one struggling with the condition, allegedly hurting his business and causing emotional distress.

Porsha and her legal team countered that her posts weren’t about anyone in particular, including her ex, and demanded the case be dismissed. Simon, however, eventually dropped the suit, and now Porsha is asking the court to order him to cover her legal fees. Porsha noted that her former husband was deported after a court found he used “deceptive practices to fraudulently enter the United States,” including “lying about his identity as well as failing to disclose three previous convictions in order to sneak back in.” The judge has not yet ruled on her request.

Reacting to her demand, Simon told TMZ “Instead of moving forward, she is fighting in court while still occupying a home she was awarded exclusive use of, with 11 months remaining before she is required to vacate under the terms of the pre-nuptial agreement-a home I purchased prior to our marriage.”
