Stefon Diggs’ S3xual A$$ault Accuser Ordered To Turn Over Private DMs, Text Messages & Travel Records

A judge has ordered the man accusing NFL star Stefon Diggs of s3xual a$$ault to turn over private communications and other records as the parties continue battling in court.

According to TMZ, Christopher Griffith has 14 days to produce his complete Instagram direct message history with Diggs, along with text messages and any other communications between the two. The judge also ordered Griffith to provide records related to his May 2023 trip to Maryland, including flight information, hotel records, luggage documentation and ride-share receipts.

As previously reported, Diggs sued Griffith for alleged defamation after Griffith accused him of s3xually a$$aulting him in 2023. Diggs has maintained that the allegations are false and claimed they caused significant damage to his reputation.

Griffith later filed a countersuit, alleging Diggs dr*gged and s3xually a$$aulted him during the 2023 encounter. In court filings, Griffith claimed Diggs exposed himself and invited him into his bedroom, but he refused. Griffith also alleged that about a week after the alleged incident, Diggs had his brother and several others a$$ault him in an effort to keep him from speaking publicly about what he says happened.

While the judge granted Diggs’ request for Griffith to produce the requested discovery materials, the court denied Diggs’ request for sanctions against Griffith. Diggs has denied the allegations against him, and the case remains ongoing.
