According to Andrew Marchand of The Athletic, LeBron and ESPN are closing in on a deal for a documentary series covering his time with the Philadelphia 76ers, with negotiations reportedly down to the “one-yard line.” A camera crew is expected to follow LeBron throughout his Philly tenure, mirroring the format of the 2020 #MichaelJordan docuseries that chronicled the Bulls’ 1990s dynasty. The news comes shortly after LeBron officially signed a two-year deal with the 76ers, ending an eight-season run with the Lakers.
