‘RHOA’ Star Porsha Williams Scores Atlanta Mansion, $1.5 Million Reimbursement & Rolls-Royce In Simon Guobadia

Porsha Williams walked away from her divorce battle with Simon Guobadia holding onto some major assets, including the Atlanta mansion the former couple once shared.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star says Guobadia transferred his ownership interest in the home to her through a quitclaim deed. Williams also claims she is owed $1,568,181.63 in reimbursement from his share of the property’s equity.

The settlement reportedly gives Williams the title to a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost as well.

Under the agreement, Williams has full authority to refinance or sell the home in a commercially reasonable manner without Guobadia or an arbitrator being involved.

Court documents state the former couple confirmed the settlement terms under oath during an August 5 hearing, telling the judge the agreement resolved all remaining issues between them. Williams also noted in her filing that Guobadia had already agreed to the terms of the consent order.

Williams and Guobadia married in November 2022. She filed for divorce in February 2024 after approximately 15 months of marriage, bringing their short-lived union to an end. The settlement marks a significant financial victory for Williams.
