Lil Durk is speaking directly to young people after being acquitted in his federal m*rder-for-hire trial, sharing a video highlighting his community outreach alongside a message about growth and making different choices.

“To the youth, I need y’all to hear me. There were times in my life when I felt lost and couldn’t see beyond what was right in front of me. I know how deeply your environment and surroundings can influence the way you think, the choices you make, and what you believe is possible for your life, but they don’t have to determine who you become. Growth is real, and it’s never too late to choose a different direction. My responsibility is to use my voice and my platform to build, motivate, and create more opportunities for the next generation. That work didn’t start today, and it won’t stop here. Choose your future. Choose your family. Choose growth. I’m standing with y’all. We’re moving forward with purpose.”

Durk has previously supported Chicago youth through his Neighborhood Heroes Foundation, which has focused on career readiness and opportunities for underserved communities.

The message comes days after a Los Angeles federal jury found Durk not guilty on all counts connected to the 2022 sh**ting targeting Quando Rondo. He remains in custody ahead of a separate federal racketeering and firearms trial scheduled for October 5.
