No Criminal Charges Will Be Filed In D3@th Of 18-Year-Old Nolan Wells, Who Was Found D3@d After Fourth Of July Trip With Friends

No criminal charges will be filed in connection with the d3@th of 18-year-old Nolan Wells, months after the teen was found d3ad following a Fourth of July trip with friends.

According to TMZ, a Mississippi grand jury declined to indict anyone in the case after reviewing evidence surrounding Wells’ disappearance and d3ath. Wells reportedly went missing during a trip to Horn Island and his body was recovered two days later. The grand jury found no credible evidence that anyone traveling to or from the island committed a crime connected to his de@th.

The investigation reportedly included testimony from dozens of witnesses, along with cellphone and GPS information, forensic reports, photos and videos. While the grand jury said the location and condition of Wells’ body were consistent with drowning, his official cause and manner of de@th remain undetermined. Investigators also examined bruising found on the back of his head but reportedly found no evidence that he had been involved in a physical altercation.

Wells’ family, represented by civil rights attorney Ben Crump, has continued to seek answers about what happened to the teen. While no charges are being filed at this time, the case could be presented to another grand jury if credible new evidence emerges.
