Kim Zolciak’s Son KJ Out Of Jail After $200K Bond, Now Living Full-Time With “RHOA” Alum Amid Allegations He S3xually A$$aulted Girl In Gym Bathroom

#KimZolciak’s son has been released from jail and is now living full-time with the “#RHOA” alum, sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ.

Kroy Biermann Jr. (KJ) was released within the last several days. As reported, Kim and #KroyBiermann’s 15-year-old son is facing serious allegations stemming from an alleged April encounter with a female classmate at a fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia. The girl accused KJ of restraining her and forcing unwanted s3xual contact on her despite her allegedly telling him “no,” leading to a grand jury indictment on seven felony counts, including aggravated child mole$tation, aggravated s3xual battery, aggravated s*domy, false imprisonment and three counts of s3xual battery against a child under 16. KJ’s attorney has maintained his innocence.

His bond had recently been set at $200,000, and prosecutors also claimed at a hearing that he was already on probation in a previously unknown case, alleging they found videos on his phone showing him having s3x with an underage relative. Prosecutors have since filed emergency court documents seeking forensic interviews with “minor children.”
