NBA Star Zion Williamson Says R@pe Accuser Repeatedly Initiated S*x During Their ‘Friends With Benefits’ Relationship

NBA star Zion Williamson is pushing back against serious allegations made by a woman suing him, claiming their relationship was consensual and amounted to nothing more than a “friends with benefits” situation.

According to new court documents obtained by TMZ, the New Orleans Pelicans star issued a general denial of the allegations made by the Jane Doe plaintiff. Williamson maintains he never a$$aulted her or caused her harm.

The basketball player claims the pair never lived together and says their encounters were “pleasant and consensual.” He also described their s*xual relationship as “friendly and casual,” alleging the woman repeatedly attempted to initiate intimacy while he was sometimes unavailable or traveling.

Williamson says their relationship had ended by May 2023. He is now arguing that claims involving a$$ault, b*ttery, s*xual b*ttery, domestic v*olence and st@lking should be dismissed in part because he believes the applicable statutes of limitations have expired.

The NBA star also called the domestic v*olence allegation “nonsensical,” arguing that the two never shared a home and did not interact frequently enough for their relationship to qualify as domestic.

His legal team further argues that certain California laws cited in the complaint do not apply to alleged incidents said to have occurred in North Carolina, Texas and Louisiana.

The woman previously accused Williamson of r@pe and other ab*sive behavior allegedly occurring over several years. Williamson has repeatedly denied those allegations and previously accused her of attempting to extort him.

He is asking the court to dismiss the lawsuit in its entirety. The allegations remain claims in an ongoing civil case.
