Spotted. Stalked. Scene. Patricia Field, Paul Wharton, RHODC Cast

Two words. Patricia Field. While running with my girlfriend Brigette Namata, of DC’s Examiner, at the All Access Fashion VIP Show at Tyson’s Corner, coordinated by the Aba Agency, I met THEE fabolous Patricia Field (Rihanna ain’t go shit on her red hair…she’s the original dun-datta…). Field is an Academy Award nominated, Emmy Award winning film and television Costume Designer and a boutique owner with her own clothing label. She’s been around forever, but lots of folks heard more from her when she costumed HBO’s Sex and the City.

Guess who else we spotted? DC TV personality and socialite, Paul Wharton. Although most of us discovered Paul on the new season of Real Housewives of DC (..that can sometimes be quite frankly–a yawn fest…), he’s been on the scene for a while.

More after the skip.

Paul Wharton and The Jasmine Brand.

Paul seems to do it all; he’s a TV personality, stylist, fashion guru, the list goes on and on. He’s adorable and down-to-earth in person and our foreheads like each other (see above and judge). In addition to Paul, there were a TON of DC esque (I like that word, am using it wrong, but don’t care. Judge Me.) social folks.

No drama popped off Friday evening, but we also spotted Stacie and her husband from Real Housewives of DC. She looks even prettier in person.

We also spotted Mary Schmidt and her husband. Her husband’s hair was fierce; I tried to snap, but I got side tracked (blame the champagne). Lynda (we hear the show featured her models) wasn’t present but her gigantic boyfriend was. I forget his name, but if you watch the show, you know who I’m referring to. I also chatted with Aba Bonney-Kwawu, founder of the Aba agency, who put on this amazing show.
