Carmelo & Lala Call “Hit Factory” Home
According to Page Six, Carmelo and Lala Anthony have finally found their New York city home. And guess where it is? It’s the Hit Factory Condominium. The Hit Factory is a former, well-known, recording studio that everybody and their mama laid tracks at–Biggie, Stevie Wonder, etc. In 2007, the studios were converted into a seven-story, 27-unit condo development–six penthouse duplexes. It’s located at 421 W. 54th St., between Ninth and 10th avenues. Sweet!
